Surfing Big Waves from Hurricane Bill at Cocoa Beach Pier

I nabbed these pictures of a surfer riding waves from Hurricane Bill during low-tide at Cocoa Beach Pier on Aug 22 at 5:45 pm. Most people I spoke with said these were the peak waves of the storm locally.
